Discussion On Upcoming Visitor Tax Election on April 5

Registered voters inside the Guthrie city limits will vote on April 5 to decide if they want to increase the Visitor Tax (better known as the Hotel Tax) from 4% to 7%. The increased funding would be earmarked for maintenance and improvements to City youth sports facilities.
