A self-proclaimed science geek with a love for problem-solving, Seb finds joy in running, cycling, and getting outdoors.He shares life with his partner Jen—who also lives with ulcerative colitis—and their beautifully blended family, including his 10-year-old son, Hayden, and Jen’s three children, one of whom has Crohn’s disease.

Fuelled by a deep commitment to improving the lives of those living with IBD, Seb founded IBDrelief ten years ago. Since then, he’s become a trusted voice in the IBD community, gaining invaluable knowledge and collaborating with individuals and organisations around the world who share his mission to support and empower others on their IBD journey.
