
Fear gets such a bad rap.
In this episode, I’m sharing a mindset tool I really wish I’d learned earlier in life because for a long time, fear quietly ran the show for me. It stopped me from speaking up, going after things I wanted, and becoming the version of myself I knew I was capable of being.
But here’s what I’ve learned: fear isn’t a stop sign, it’s information.
We unpack why most of the things we worry about never actually happen, how fear is often just a forward projection of worst-case scenarios, and why the discomfort you’re feeling might actually be pointing you toward growth.
I also share how reframing fear (instead of trying to eliminate it) helped me take braver action and build a new identity over time.
