It will help you be more intentionally efficient so you can have more time and energy to be a mom without any guilt or anxiety overtaking your life. It will encourage you to improve communication with your significant other so you don’t have to keep doing things alone. Hi I’m Jess, a wife and stay at home mom to 3 girls. For 10 years I unintentionally teetered on the verge of burnout in motherhood. I had developed some bad habits of wasting time, having no plan, letting the kids run the show, struggling alone in silence and then blowing up on my spouse. I finally realized that if I was going to find more balance in my day, be more present with my kids, and have better communication with my spouse, it was up to me to deliberately make those changes. So I created a plan to restack and replace these routines that were keeping me stuck. A simple strategy that helped me gain back more time, stamina and best of all hope. And I can’t wait to share it with you. If you are finally ready to learn more about stacking essential habits for SAHM’s by learning quick and simple techniques that help give you more efficiency in your day; if you’re ready to feel more prepared and less frustrated with your spouse, give you more head space, energy and time to re-align with the woman that came before the mother... Then this podcast is for you! It’s time to turn up those ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking.

Ep 137 // 3 Ways To Reset Before The Holiday Stress And Broken Routines
Hey Momma! Are you already feeling the holiday chaos creeping in? šŸŽ„Do your routines start slipping the minute the season gets busy, leaving you stretched thin and overwhelmed before it even begins? In this episode, I’m sharing a real-life story about one of my kids (because there’s always one who keeps us humble šŸ˜…) and how even with the best intentions, the holiday season can quickly throw your schedule, your energy, and your peace off balance. We’ll talk about what’s really happening when your routines break down during stressful seasons, and how you can start to rebuild calm, order, and intention before burnout hits. Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to keep up with unrealistic expectations this season and start building a rhythm that actually supports your real life, not the version that looks good on paper. Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone.I know you're ready to put those babies to bed... it's time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz, and let’s get stacking. šŸ’›āœØ Ā  šŸŽ¦ Book a FREE 15 min call šŸ™Œ Coaching Program Ā  šŸŽFREE GIFTS Reset Planner Simple Stack Starter Guide Declutter Scorecard Ā  Ā šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡Let's Connect Habit Stacking Moms CommunityĀ  habitstackingmom.jess - Instagram Weekly Newsletter Ā  šŸ“£šŸ“£ResourcesĀ  Ladder App - Workout with me Amazon Shop - My Favorites
