Hi Iām Jess, a wife and stay at home mom to 3 girls. For 10 years I unintentionally teetered on the verge of burnout in motherhood. I had developed some bad habits of wasting time, having no plan, letting the kids run the show, struggling alone in silence and then blowing up on my spouse. I finally realized that if I was going to find more balance in my day, be more present with my kids, and have better communication with my spouse, it was up to me to deliberately make those changes. So I created a plan to restack and replace these routines that were keeping me stuck. A simple strategy that helped me gain back more time, stamina and best of all hope. And I canāt wait to share it with you.

Ep 137 // 3 Ways To Reset Before The Holiday Stress And Broken Routines
Hey Momma! Are you already feeling the holiday chaos creeping in? šDo your routines start slipping the minute the season gets busy, leaving you stretched thin and overwhelmed before it even begins?
In this episode, Iām sharing a real-life story about one of my kids (because thereās always one who keeps us humble š ) and how even with the best intentions, the holiday season can quickly throw your schedule, your energy, and your peace off balance. Weāll talk about whatās really happening when your routines break down during stressful seasons, and how you can start to rebuild calm, order, and intention before burnout hits.
Ultimately, Iām challenging you to stop trying to keep up with unrealistic expectations this season and start building a rhythm that actually supports your real life, not the version that looks good on paper.
Letās partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone.I know you're ready to put those babies to bed... it's time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz, and letās get stacking. šāØ
