This week we focus our discussion around religion and mental health as they pertain to firearm ownership and violence. During the course of this, we touch on recent mass shootings, militias, politics, personal growth, and trauma. We discuss our own mental health, how we have factored mental health into our firearm ownership, and why building mental health mitigation into our firearm ownership plan is a necessary part of responsible firearm ownership.
