Rhett Warner is a predator caught in a Genesee County, Michigan investigation. At the time of the sting, Warner lived in or near Saginaw, Michigan. Warner had been communicating with a decoy posing as a fifteen-year-old girl while going by the names "John" and "Big John." Warner's conversation with the decoy went on for about a week before going to the sting house. The decoy told Warner that her stepfather and she liked to meet with men for her to have sex with while the stepfather watched. Warner was agreeable to this scenario during a phone call with the decoy. Upon arriving to the sting house, Warner met the decoy stepfather outside before going inside to meet the decoy girl. When Chris came out, Warner said "Chris Hansen!" and tried to escape, but he was stopped by the decoy stepfather.
