Join us during this ~12 minute down-regulation breathing journey as we learn to reconnect with our bodily sensations through the breath.
This session gives us time to check in with our emotions, feelings within our body, and is perfect for instilling a sense of mindfulness and is perfect for recovery from psychological or physical stress.
This technique primary includes nasal breathing through a 3-12-6 pattern while reconnecting with simple sensory input from your body.
**You can now search based on time: simply search the time duration, and we will have a meditation for you. This
allows you to quickly find a meditation based on either time duration or type of breathing.
