We all have a shadow…it is that part of us that we don’t like and we push down and hide from. But our shadows have a purpose…to keep us safe…to teach us lessons….to allow us to be aware….to create harmony and balance in our life……so let's embrace our shadow.
This energy treatment can be experienced in any comfortable position.
I call forth our Spirit our Spirit Guides and Team of helpers….surround us in light and cast light on our shadow to help us grow, flourish and live our lives with passion and purpose…any intentions you may have bring to your mind and to your heart…..and so it is and so be it…
