
Sleep is incredibly overlooked in today's society, and so many of us struggle to get a good night's sleep. We're human, not robots. We need a good night's rest to perform our best the next day. A poor night's sleep can lead to focus issues, not being alert, and a slew of other issues that build on top of each other. Inadequate sleep can also lead to poor immune response, resulting in sicknesses.
