Although, my podcast is aimed at women over 40 I am also aware that there are women who have chosen to have children later in life. If you are one of those women or know any woman who is then this episode is especially for you. But it also applies to younger women today.

My Guest is Marty Langlois, wife, mum and Health Coach, who specialises in weight loss for mums and busy women through self-care.

She talks about having a stroke related illness during her pregnancy.  After that the birth of her daughter she was able to successfully lose weight through holistic and healthy self-care habits.

If you are new to my podcast please note that I don't encourage dieting, which is why I choose my guests very carefully. Weight loss is a marathon and not a sprint.
