#9 - Passion and Relationships: A Successful Career from Consultancy to the Music Industry
Marco Masoli graduated in Economics and Management for Art, Culture and Communication in 2010 and in Management in 2012. He began his career in Accenture, remaining there for almost 5 years. In 2017 he decided to follow his ardent passion for music, leaving for the leading scale-up of the moment, Spotify. After a stint at DAZN he returned to the music industry working at Columbia Records first, then at Warner Music Italy as A&R Director. In this episode we talk not only about the importance of networking and following your passions, integrating them into your career, but also how the music industry is evolving amidst a period of constant change.
