Transformation is such a hard period when we are not yet there and kind of in a time where we feel stuck. Reminding ourselves that life is too short and to live for our loved ones is a powerful motivator once we release the guilt, anger around their passing. We will always miss them but living for them and filling yourself up with joy is what they want for you.
