In this episode I read a science article from the Library of Congress which is in the public domain. At the end of the reading I include vocabulary and an explanation of complex terms presented in the article.  Also, there will be questions regarding your comprehension, as well as opinion related to the story. I think you will find this to be an interesting and useful lesson.
