Today's guest is a friend we met from our stay in Lafayette, LA, and our visit to Ascend Wellness Studio, where I met Andre for an infrared light therapy session at the studio. We started discussing the benefits of infrared and the cold and hot hydro therapies, which led to the discussion of breath work techniques, and these therapies being great options for aiding my Cystic Fibrosis symptoms.
