Always love wellness episodes. Unless episode I brought on manny who wanted to discuss men’s mental health. He was honest enough to tell us about his demons that he had to overcome after a bad break up and leaning towards alcohol as a way to numb the pain. Some battles are definitely tougher than others but I’m happy to see that my guy defeated his demons and is living the best life he possibly can. We did talk about a little bit in investing because he does invest in the currency exchange market.
