One evening, in the south of France near Saint-Raphaël, Raoul and I were surrounded by a bottle of pastis, a few joints, and a couple of beers. Raoul took the microphone of Historias con Acento and asked me to turn it on. He wanted to share his story and talk about his life in China. He had been living in Beijing for a year, but in reality, he had decided to leave everything behind in Turin to explore new lands, meet new people, discover a new culture, and grow, mature, and get to know himself better.
