It is now 9 straight wins for the Avalanche after back to back shutouts over the Nashville Predators and Chicago Blackhawks, despite scoring just two goals on a goalie in six periods of play. This is now becoming a hilarious streak where the Avs just keep winning no matter what, and are already creating a massive gap between them and the rest of the NHL at the quarter mark of the season. The Avs haven't even reached their peak yet, but is anyone in the NHL even on their level right now?
