It certainly has been a while. I sure have missed all of you! Thank you for tuning into today's episode. On this show we have one of my best friends and boss babes onto the episode. Amanda Bateson a female engineer, taking control and leadership within chemical engineering. She shares her experience of being a woman in a male dominated field and how it's been running a team of all men in a managership role.

Not only does she share her experience of gender roles in the corporate world. This mermaid has a serious passion for the ocean and Mother Gia as a whole. Amanda has the drive for wanting to better the ones around us and the earths ecosystem.
