Country music is the fastest growing genre in the UK at the moment, with songs by country artists hitting the charts and radio playlists. Major country stars like Carly Pearce have tours planned here in the next 12 months, and despite protests from my wife and kids, you can normally hear it in Matthew’s house or car. 

Our guest is a rising country star. He grew up in Washington state and has found his way to Nashville, Tennessee. His new single American Nights was released just before Independence Day, or as we call it over here, ungrateful colonials day. Of course, you can find it on all good music streaming platforms.
