In this episode (S02E04) of "How to Product?", Arjav Jain, the host speaks to Anshumani Ruddra, GPM at Google. Anshumani has been an author in the past and he breaks down the structure of a good story. He speaks at length about the importance of writing for product managers and how PMs can become better writers. He then talks about the importance of speaking up and asking for more work - something that helped him go far and wide in his career. He beautifully breaks down the hierarchy of needs - as a framework, he has used to evaluate products over the years.
