In this episode (S02E02) of "How to Product?", Arjav Jain, the host speaks to Amit Fulay, VP Product at Microsoft. Amit brings in a wealth of experience as a product veteran who has successfully built products for the top companies in the world - Google, Facebook and Microsoft. Amit speaks his mind on how the product landscape has evolved over the last decade (of course, for the better!). He also speaks at length about his key takeaways as a leader and mistakes from his career that product managers can avoid. He then goes on to speak about mentorship and how to interact with your mentor and also give back to them - Amit has a theory on not having a single mentor. Each mentor has something else to offer.

Arjav then ends the conversation by focusing the conversation on how Amit hires for PMs on his team and Amit then leaves us with some advice for folks looking to break into the world of product management.
