3.30 Therapy and Radiology w/ Guest McKenna Pineda

McKenna starts us out in this episode by sharing a story that ultimately made her decide to start going to therapy, it ended up with a happy ending, but it was very intense and emotional in the middle of it. After she finishes that story we talk about therapy and why it's important in our lives nowadays and how it helps people. We also talk a little bit about radiology and some interesting facts about X-Rays. Have you ever gone to therapy? Do you treat your mind with the same level of care as your body?
We also end up talking about grace similar to last week, and how we can be ok with ourselves and be nice to others. I share an embarrassing story and we talk about the human condition a little bit as well. When have you extended grace to yourself? When have you extended grace to others?
