Fernanda Perez Solla is Austrian and is a Complaints Review Officer at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg. Fernanda has worked with the World Bank, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and academia.  Her work has taken her to the Ivory Coast and the Democratic Republic of Congo.  She is admitted to the Bars of New York State and Buenos Aires.
