Have you ever heard this quote... “Create a life that feels good on the inside, not one that simply looks good from the outside.” ~Author Unknown?  When I first heard it, I was quick to post it on my Social Media feed because it sounded like an inspiring thing to say, and I am all about inspiring!  But I often thought about the meaning of that quote and if my life matched up to it.  It was through this introspection that I started asking myself if I was as happy on the inside as I looked on the outside.  You see it is easy to look the part, but another thing to live the part.  So, that is how this Podcast was birthed...during my quest to "Create a life that feels good on the inside, not one that just looks good on the outside!  I made a conscious decision to CHOOSE HER!  I chose to be Happy, Empowered, and Resilient!  Now, I want to help you Choose to be H.E.R., so you too can say...I not only look good on the outside, but I feel good on the inside!
