And while I can laugh about it now, it absolutely sent me into a full identity crisis, a motherhood juggling act, and a “who am I without a job title?” spiral. But here’s the twist: that curveball is exactly what made this podcast possible. 

In this solo episode, I’m talking about what this unexpected reset has taught me — from rebuilding my confidence to learning to sit in the suck, to recognizing that human connection is the only thing keeping me from fully unhinging some days.
