They will feature essential elements like food gardens, orchards, vineyards, and labyrinth gardens for meditation. They will also host ceremony spaces—such as sweat lodges and teepees—welcoming traditions from all cultures, alongside farm animals to engage children and families. Furthermore, the property design incorporates Airbnb-ready tree houses or housing units to support financial sustainability through retreats and rentals.
