105 | Stop Calling It Loyalty When It’s Really Trauma Bonding
Whew...this one is personal. I know what it’s like to stay in relationships longer than I should have, hoping they’d change, thinking if I prayed harder, loved better, or kept quiet, maybe it would get better. But wisdom doesn’t always say “stay and fight”—sometimes, wisdom says walk away.
In this episode, I’m sharing what God taught me about releasing relationships that were hurting more than healing. We’re talking about emotional manipulation, guilt, soul ties, and the myth that walking away means you’re giving up.
