With so many things going on in the world , its easy to not only not know what it is we need to be doing, or working on, or what we even need to be doing ? Theres so many things looking to distract us. Whether phone calls, video games, television, news , friends and family, social media and the likes you name it. Its important to disconnect and unplug at times, give ourselves time to relax, and release. Sometimes? we could use a distraction or two” to get our minds and hearts off of things we have been fixated on and need a break from. Not all distractions are bad, most of them are though when looking to obtain a goal, complete a mission, and or fill in the blank. This episode is about being distracted when we have a purpose , and or plan and staying focused. I also want you to have balance, freedom and relaxation. Guard your heart and know when and when not to allow things to deter you. To guard you’re heart, yet also also your heart to be open and and available.
