On this weeks episode, I got to chat with my incredibly courageous and inspiring Business Partner Lisa, the Co Host of IYS Podcast. It goes without saying that I have the utmost respect for Lisa and how she has passion, determination and bravery to go after her dreams and never give up on herself.

Lisa openly shares her experience and challenges of depression during her teenage years, and how her world changed for the better when she decided to take a 6 month sabbatical, leave her home town and go solo travelling!
