I'm Free! Now What? a mental health podcast for criminal justice involved people

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker on a mission to keep people out of prison and to help the families and friends of criminal justice involved people. Therapy can be out of reach for many people because of cost, especially those just releasing from prison. There is also such a stigma to admitting mental health problems and then getting help that people who need it the most don't access it. The podcast and YouTube videos are not meant to be a substitute for therapy. Of course, therapy with a trained professional is the preferred option. The podcasts are meant to fill in the gap between no help and the best help.

Re-Entry Stories: Martin Levinson
A smart person can learn from their own experiences. A wise person can learn from the experiences of another. In that train of thought, we will hear from Martin about his EOS and reentry after he left prison. It was not easy and he struggled with unemployment and homelessness. He discusses how he overcame both to be where he is today. Martin can be reached at mar10_the_barber on Instagram.
