I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker on a mission to keep people out of prison and to help the families and friends of criminal justice involved people.
Therapy can be out of reach for many people because of cost, especially those just releasing from prison. There is also such a stigma to admitting mental health problems and then getting help that people who need it the most don't access it.
The podcast and YouTube videos are not meant to be a substitute for therapy. Of course, therapy with a trained professional is the preferred option. The podcasts are meant to fill in the gap between no help and the best help.

Relationships: Making Choices About Other People's Behaviors
On this episode, I sit down with my good friend Robert to talk about the legality of having a friend or family member who is staying in our house who is doing the wrong thing by bringing in drugs, bringing in underage sexual partners, or any other things that might be frowned upon by the courts. Robert can be found on his YouTube channel Listless Genius or on the channel we do together-Chop It Up.
