10. How to Feel: The Skill Most of Us Were Never Taught
EPISODE 10 // Pajama Fam, this week I want to talk feelings and how to feel because feeling is one of the most important skills many of us were never taught and one of the most underused superpowers in our world today.
You may have heard the popular phrase ‘in order to heal, we must feel’ and, while I love that phrase - it doesn’t really give us much direction. It gives us the what, but not the HOW.
My aim in this episode is to teach you an effective method for HOW to feel.
And, you know I like easy, so I'm gonna give you a system that will provide direction into understanding your emotions and feelings on a brand new level. Put on your favorite pajamas and let’s get to learning.
Episode Mention: Empathy pioneer and researcher, Karla McLaren - https://karlamclaren.com/
