The fourth episode of the Junior League of Lancaster's centennial podcast dives into the organization's current focus: Nutrition & Food Accessibility. Lack of access to healthy and nutritious food is a serious and wide-spread issue in Lancaster County. In 2022, the Junior League designated this area as their main focus for service projects and initiatives.

Host Debbie Havert is joined by the following guests: Jan Bergen, a JLL sustaining member and former President and CEO of Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health; Tracy Cutler, Executive Vice President of the Lancaster County Community Foundation; Zach Zook, Senior Policy Research Manager at Central Pennsylvania Food Bank; Erin Sell, an active JLL member and VP of Community Impact for the Junior League and Resource Development Coordinator at Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster; and finally, Leslie McCarthy, an active JLL member and former VP of Community Impact.
