Before we can use the Scriptures for disciplining and raising our children, we must first know it ourselves. I made the mistake of trying to teach what I didn’t know, which did not go well, but I have since learned from that mistake. I hope this testimony encourages you to know God before you make Him known. We cannot instruct someone about something or someone we don’t know ourselves.
