78. Understanding Your Womb

What would it mean to embrace womb health and our feminine energy?

We are joined by the Endo Educator Samantha Denae to discuss womb care! Samantha is a certified holistic health and yoni steam practitioner, a spiritual and womb counselor, an intuitive reader, herbalist, endometriosis advocate and educator, and a doula. In this conversation, Samantha shares her journey with endometriosis and explores how trauma can manifest in reproductive health issues.

Whitney and Samantha discuss the concept of cycle syncing matching your daily tasks with your energy by following your bodys menstrual cycle, balancing masculine and feminine energies, and practical tips for listening to and caring for one's body. The conversation also educates listeners on the different phases of the menstrual cycle, the benefits of womb-focused self-care practices, and the importance of rest and proper diet. Listeners will gain insights on self-advocacy, the role of holistic practices in healing, and embracing one's feminine energy.
