If Phil had $10 billion to invest in Australia’s critical infrastructure, he’d go all-in on supporting industry mineral clusters to supercharge Australia’s critical minerals sector. The goal? Maximise impact and drive explosive growth. To make it happen, federal and state governments need to focus on development of compelling de-risked business cases with haste to attract investment.
