
We enter into a flurry of thoughts and opinions in this 2nd part of our conversation with Leigh Khoo! Taking a stab at trauma informed yoga, we chat about how trauma shows up in yoga classes and how we can all be more aware and informed about trauma when we share our yoga practices together.
Much of trauma live as imprints in our body — our muscle tone, breath patterns, our emotional reactions to certain body postures, and capacities to arrive in the present moment, just to name a few.
