Mats Onsum is a yoga instructor and Hip Hop artist. An interesting combination that is more complimentary than first expected. After running into him by chance on the street (a way I get many of my guests) I invited him onto the show to discuss a wide variety of topics. I'm glad I did because this was a fun and thought provoking conversation.
