Siats - Simple Solutions - EP 41

I'm in the desert of Utah on an archaeological dig, when I see someone emerge from a rocky outcropping...

This week we'll look at two things from the Great Basin region of the United States, a dinosaur, and the cannibalistic monsters known as the Siats that inspired the dinosaur's name. We'll look at the Siats' weakness, and how it inspired me to think about simple solutions. I'll go into some simple solutions for common business problems, and then we'll dive into parsing what the real problems are.

Mark your calendars for Inner Monster Mondays for new episodes every week, or sign up here for email notifications!

PS - I co-authored a book on building trust! You can get your copy here!
