The Dukes of Hell - Hierarchies and why they often suck - EP 39

The port's a mess, an whole fleet of government dogs are after me, and the only way out I can see is through the ritual...

In this week's episode, experience a bad pirate accent as we dive into the hierarchy of Hell. I'll introduce you to the 42nd spirit in the Ars Goetia, and dive into some ancient demonology texts that explain the organizational structure of demons. We'll then dive into a reframing of hierarchies in general, and the three main reasons they get a bad name. I'll of course also offer some practical insights into making them better.

Mark your calendars for Inner Monster Mondays for new episodes every week, or sign up here for email notifications!

PS - I co-authored a book on building trust! You can get your copy here!
