Combining these 2 which we seen them as waste, Tomtex a New York based company has developed new method to convert these food wastes into 100% natural biodegradable material without using any toxic chemicals. The material produced can be either leather-like/ rubber-like / plastic-like by adjusting the formula and production method thereby expanding the applications beyond fashion, packaging, interior or industrial design.
