Welcome to the twelfth episode of the Inside Marine podcast. We are joined by Justin Olesinski, Managing Director of Olesinski.

Justin has a wide experience in the production yacht industry. Working in design, brokerage and journalism has provided him with a unique understanding of the industry from many different sectors. Most of his time has been concentrated in managing the supply of exterior design, structural design, layout design and naval architecture to Princess Yachts.

Justin has continued the design studio of a strong team of 25 specialist experts and this year celebrates Bernard Olesinski ltd’s 50 years anniversary.

As an advocate of encouraging new talent Justin was a committee member of British Marine Superyacht UK and on the board of judges for the Young Designer competition.

Flexible and remote working, investment in artificial intelligence and creating a healthy work/life balance has helped maintain and develop one of the most prestigious and successful production design houses.
