Through their personal reflections, the film explores themes of love, perseverance, loss, and joy, offering insights on how to live a meaningful life. Lives Well Lived was created by filmmaker Sky Bergman who directed, produced, and conducted the interviews for the documentary. She was inspired by her own grandmother's vitality and wisdom at age 99.
