As AI agents evolve from simple programmed interactions to those involving complex, self-determining processes, issues of liability and risk will become paramount, especially when agents interact with counterparts, delegate tasks, or pursue open-ended missions. To resolve this increasing complexity and prevent the abandonment of advanced agents, a framework is proposed that mandates Terms and Conditions (Ts and Cs) for transactions, clearly defining liability boundaries and incorporating strict controlling algorithms.
