After dropping out of high school in Los Angeles, Pat traveled to Puerto Rico’s “Pork Highway” to learn how to make ‘lechón’, roasting whole pig in their traditional style. Whether working his first job as a dishwasher or opening his own restaurant, Chef Pat’s unbeatable work ethic & unmatchable positive attitude led him to share his gift of great meat, with even better people. He is the ‘Forrest Gump’ of cooking, always finding another box of chocolates amongst the “kitchen people” whom he loves.
Thankful to get to hang, eat, & learn from Pat.
