In the first episode of Integritas, I speak with Jon Eden Khan. We talk about why leadership rooted in soulful values is so needed at this time in society's evolution, the concept of clean power and how leading from a place of purity ignites leadership in service to truth, integrity and a more beautiful world. About Jon:
Jon is a transformational leader, mentor, facilitator, and father, living in his beloved home city of Berlin. Jon is the initiator of Singularity, a trans-national political party working towards global governance sourced in the One Life at the core of the Earth, all humanity, and all kingdoms of nature by 2050. He is founder of AVATARA, which is dedicated to humanity’s collective awakening as an expression of the one universal life, and the anchoring of that revelation in new approaches to power, education, and money. And he mentors soul-driven leaders, from top corporate business leaders and FinTech trailblazers, to LGBT rights activists in the Middle East, to some of the most respected facilitators of transformational self-development work in the world. Between 2016-2018 Jon worked as European Director of the Global Purpose Movement, and in 2014, he co-founded Synergy Forum, an initiative focussed on the integration of spiritual awakening, social innovation and systems transformation. Between 2012-2015 he worked as part of the leadership team of Zero Point Six in Interlaken, Switzerland, exploring how a deeper understanding of spiritual awakening can inform efforts toward global transformation. From dropping out of school at age 13 to attend a centre for troubled youths, to 5 years of homelessness and heroin addiction in his early 20’s to getting clean alone in a room over 6 months. From re-entering education and going on to turn down a PhD with one of the foremost universities in the world, to dedicating himself fully to self-development, healing his traumas and service, to co-leading international projects dedicated to humanity’s collective awakening through new approaches to leadership, power, and purpose.
