In this episode, we sit down with Karyn Temple, Senior Executive Vice President and Global General Counsel of Motion Picture Association, to discuss the legal story of Megaupload, an ongoing copyright infringement case. Find out how Megaupload.com was allegedly infringing copyright, about its effects on creators both large and small, as well as lessons for creators and the creative industries.
