As the year comes to a close, I wanted to do a really special episode for our reflections on 2025. I didn’t want to solely focus on my own reflections, or even have it be a guest episode - I wanted to highlight more of us, as a community and a collective. I wanted to be able to find a way to have us all come together and reflect. To share some of our experiences and bask in the humanness that we all hold, and that this year specifically brought up for us. I asked some close friends, family, neighbours, mentors, guides and friends on instagram and compiled a list of people’s responses.

I hope you find yourself among these. I hope these help spark some of your own deeper reflections and process some of your own lessons and allow you to feel connected, supported, grounded. 

This was a pivotal year for many of us, a turning point, a shifting, an in-between. And I can’t wait to see what it has paved the way for in 2026.
