Then Sam and Derek talk how this relates to their current states in life and discuss how you can take advantage of this practice as well.

About Kadam Morten: Kadam Morten Clausen is the U.S. National Spiritual Director and a senior disciple of renowned teacher and author Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyato. He has been teaching Buddhism for over 25 years and is a clear, humorous, and compelling speaker. He is also the resident teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center in New York City.
