
This episode is a continuation of our conversation with Terry - where he gives us an account of the work he is doing currently as the Technical director of South United FC. From building good habits in the kids at the academy, to the implementation of Sports Science methodology for measuring and tracking athletic performance on a regular basis.
Terry further goes on to talk about the adversity he experienced through injury and how he bounced back to complete a 25 year long career in professional football. The second half of this podcast has some great tips for coaches to help them with their approach to athletic development
